You know how to sharpen. But do you have time to fix the geometry? When a knife is sharpened only at the edge for years, it becomes thick behind the edge. It cuts paper, but wedges in carrots.

At TOGIYA, we are blade surgeons. We utilize the Tormek T-8 water-cooled system for precise geometry restoration and heat-free grinding, followed by hand-polishing on Japanese stones to restore the soul of the blade.
